Dan Sivertson grew up in Minnesota. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with degrees in economics and accounting. Afterwards he migrated to the west coast working his way through internet companies, mergers and divestitures, and eventually project management.

After years of reading different books and seeing parallels in different subjects he decided to start writing stories from this perspective. The goal of his stories is to entertain while sharing information.
